Smak Parlour Boutique has been open since 2005 with a strong online presence since 2011. Owners Abby and Katie have a real aesthetic sense – think Betsey Johnson but local, and in some cases hand-stitched right in the shop. It’s like walking into an adult version of a little girl’s dressing room. The color palette is black, white, pink and metallic. If you ever need a good party dress – or something for New Year’s – this would definitely be the place to find it.
